It’s been a while since I’ve been online.
While I’ve been away, it’s been enlightening to note just how much has been happening in the world of mediation and conflict engagement. In my own country, Mediation 2020 is shaping up nicely, and I can tell already it’s going to be a breathtaking year signalling genuine change in the civil, criminal and administrative justice system, with the Scottish Government beginning to work more closely with those involved in changing the conversation about conflict in Scotland.
My little online mediation project has also trundled away in the background, gathering more interest in my absence (maybe it works better when I’m not here!), and I can see so many of you buzzing away with pocketconflictcoach, changing bit by bit every day how you deal with difficult conversations.
So as we reach to the end of this year and begin to think of how we might engage with the world differently next year, I want to give back a little. I want to pay forward the love and opportunities I’ve been blessed with in 2019.
Until at least the end of this year, therefore, pocketconflictcoach, my little online course that’s helped so many since its launch, will now be available for FREE.
And I hope you find it useful in your difficult conversations ahead.
